Terms of Service
Last updated 31 August 2026
XurOps belongs to TechXur (techxur.com). We run it for our own team and for the people we work with, and these terms cover anyone we give an account to. Using the app means you accept them.
Your account
An admin creates your account and sends the invite. It belongs to you alone, so keep the password to yourself and tell us at support.techxur@gmail.com the moment you think someone else has it. Anything done from your account counts as done by you.
How to use it
Use XurOps for TechXur work. Salaries, client details, lead pipelines, and payslips live in here, so treat what you see as confidential and keep it inside the company. Copying data out for another employer, sharing your login, probing the app for weaknesses, or trying to reach records your role hides from you all break these terms.
Found a security hole? Write to support.techxur@gmail.com instead of testing how far it goes. We would rather hear it from you.
The data inside
Project, staffing, payroll, and lead records belong to TechXur. Your Google Calendar stays yours, and connecting it is your choice. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, what we store, and how you get it deleted.
Availability
We keep XurOps running during business hours and patch it as we go, though we make no uptime promise. Deployments, maintenance, and outages at our hosting or Google will take it offline sometimes. Payroll figures in the app are working numbers until an admin closes the month, and your signed payslip settles anything the screen gets wrong.
Ending access
Your account ends when you leave TechXur or finish the engagement you were invited for, and an admin can suspend it sooner if you break these terms. We keep the payroll and project records that accounting and tax rules require us to hold.
Changes
We update these terms as XurOps changes, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. Carry on using the app and you accept the current version. Ask us anything at the addresses below.
